There were baboons everywhere at the main entrance. All sizes. I thought the little ones on their mommies' backs were so cute. The big ones looked scary though.

You have to love just sitting and watching families of Baboons taking care of daily routines or just being lazy. So awesome to observe wildlife in their habitats. Also saw some Vervits sunning themselves on the rocks on the west side of the lake.

There are a large number of animals, but in a few areas a large number of Baboons. Families with babies, cute. Don't leave your vehicle open as they'll tear it up.

I started at 6.30 in the morning and got to see a lot of Baboons foraging the forest floor. Besides we also saw many pheasants. On reaching the Baboon Hill view point we saw about 6 nos vervits too. We were told that these animals are easily seen more during the early mornings or evenings. It was a wonderful sight.

Baboon Hill view is magical with the entire Lake Nakuru & swampland which makes it so impossible to leave as the view from the top is beautiful with crystal clear waters & trees lined up on the sides.

We didn't expect to see all we did at Lake Nakuru in part because it is relatively close to Nakuru, the 4th largest city in Kenya, but we were pleasantly surprised. The visit didn't start out well however as we first visited the lookoff called Baboon Cliffs where two very large and aggressive males invaded our vehicle through the roof... More

Baboons in Nakuru Park have done well even if the other animals there are having a bit of a struggle. Didn't see many Vervits I have to say. Words of warning DO NOT FEED THE BABOONS, they will come and try and raid you if you have food because irresponsible people have given them food. This just causes problems for... More

Nakuru National Park safari, Kenya is a sanctuary where we saw all of the Big 5, except the elephants. The lake was full with Flamingos. we got to see Foxes and Hyenas hunting the flamingos. A lovely place, worth visiting
