We were looking forward to this boat trip, to be able to see the beautiful islands advertised and partake in snorkelling. We were collected from our hotel at 6.20 am (Khao Lak) and taken to the port. Breakfast was provided, which consisted of juices, fruit, pre packed cakes and coffee. Do take your own towels; contrary to what may have... More

Don't go to the Similans this week..it's been raining for days.. We went today and had the worst boat ride of our lives. The water was choppy and it was raining on the island, we couldn't snorkel. Make sure the weather is good before booking your tour. I understand the weather can't be controlled. But I wish the tour operator... More

We booked with Andaman Sea Sun. As soon as we arrived at the pier we knew we had made a mistake... Around 150- 200 people all milling around, being served what looked like a horrible breakfast whilst guides shouted out instructions. The speedboat was so crowded my daughter couldn't put her legs down on the floor. The snorkelling was poor... More

They offer us everything:finns, masks, towels and so on... Zoe,our guide, has been amazing. She makes us laugh and enjoy the time on the speedboat even if the Andaman Sea hasnt been... More

Visited Semilan islands on a one day speed boat trip. Staff were generous with there information entertainment and care however there were 45 boats each carrying 40-45 guests all landing on the same tiny beach at the same time. Hardly a relaxing day of boating. We are young fit and healthy, some of the older visitors struggled to board and... More

This place is so much better then Phi Phi islands! We drove from Ao Nang 2h to meet the others from Phuket I guess, Then we took a speedboat to the islands for about 1h 30min, the ride is fast and bumpy! And it's all worth to it! You can't explain how beautiful it if trough photo you must see... More

We went on a day trip by speed boat here and visited a few beaches. We snorkeled, went for swims and overall had a great day. One of the highlights of our trip to khao lak.

Whilst staying in Phuket felt we had to visit 'the Islands' as everyone does. The beaches here are fabulous on the West and South sides of the Island. Getting busier as we approach the peak season. The motivation was to see a few islands, less crowded , have a snorkle and just enjoy a pleasant day out. We booked a... More
