Hi I suggest you take a snorkeling trip on the other side of Phuket Island to the area around Phi Phi Island. There are some nice snorkeling areas on this side.

To my knowledge the tour to the Similian Islands only leaves from Phuket. Therefore you would have to fly, go by bus or by car to Phuket. Phuket is 844 km from Bangkok. Flying time 1 hour 10 minutes. By road 11 hours 17... More
