I visited Xhale Yoga Retreat in early January 2017 with my daughter and although we found this week very challenging, the learning experience was immense. Bhud is such a beautiful person and tries her utmost to deliver a complete educative and spiritual yoga experience. The Food, herbal and spice drinks where so fresh and tasty we found we never went... More

Immersed in a beautiful scenery, the Xhale Yoga retreat is something that goes beyond just Yoga. The Yoga classes are themselves great, I did some basic yoga in the past with several instructors but none of them was able to transmit the kind of passion and devotion that Bhud puts in her classes. The concept of "focusing on maintaining the... More

My husband and I spent 3 weeks in Thailand this December/ January, and we spent the first 5 days of our visit there in Pai with Bhud at her yoga retreat. It was our favourite bit of our holiday. We had the BEST time. I had read the reviews before we went and heard good things, but our time there... More

I got inspired from Bhud, such an energetic and respectful person. Almost like a mentor for the future, go in to the retreat without prejudice and with clear intentions when going under Bhuds guidence.

Where to start? Bhud has designed a retreat programme that, over the course of the week, left me feeling lighter, stronger, calmer and altogether happier and open to receive whatever the world has in store! Firstly there is Bhud herself - she kind of defies description, but she is honestly one in a million. She radiates love, warmth, kindness and... More

Perfect retreat. This was actually my first retreat and even my first experience with yoga - and I loved every minute of it. Perfectly doable for beginners and experienced yogis alike. And Bhud is a lot of fun. Besides the intense yoga workout in the morning, Bhud gives a very interesting daily yoga philosophy class, yin yoga (stretching) in the... More

Exactly what I was looking for. The food was superb and Bhud was so much fun, she's a great teacher. Amazing value for what's included.

The yoga and meditation experiences started on a Monday afternoon and ended mid day Saturday. Our daily group schedule included body awakening, breath exercises, sun salutations, the standing warrior and sitting asanas, yoga philosophy, chanting, and meditation instruction. We were also served excellent vegetarian meals and tropical fruits were always available for snacking. My biggest break through was meditation. Meditation... More

Really nice retreat! Pleasant atmosphere, with a well- balanced program, addressing the philosophy of yoga in many aspects, from the practice of exercise, through healthy choice of life. Bhud is the wonderful person to guide us on this journey of deep self-assessment and projection of a life with more quality, with deep wisdom and love. The room is very good.... More
