We just came to Nakhon Pathom for the palace, but closed for renovation. Pity, established under Rama IV about 100 years ago, it must be quite beautiful. Next time.

Visited this with my kids during our Nakhom Pathom stay. They loved it and were wrapped with the access you were allowed through out. Remember to wear modest clothes and cover up.

We visited on Sunday. The palace was not crowded. We paid 30 Bahts to get in. The dress code was enforced. They sold cloth to cover knees and shoulders. The palace was nice and clean. The park was well maintained. The Thai houses were nice....More

Sanam Chandra Palace location is near from biggest Chedi. This place has big park and building combination Thai and Western architecture. I'm here you can see a lot of King Rama VI heritage.

The Sanam Chandra Palace (Moon Palace) is open daily, but best visited on weekends.
