Sup Tao offers you the chance to paddle board and explore the beautiful tropical waters of the little island of Koh Tao. Paddle boarding is a great way to explore,keep fit or take advantage of our beautiful sunsets and just lay on the board while the sun drops below the horizon. Our HQ is at Maya Beach Club, in the south of Sairee beach.

Super relaxing way to explore Sairee Beach on Koh Tao. Easy, friendly staff to get you going. Paddle board + sunset = perfect! I’ll be back for the SUP Crawl!

We wanted to try stand up paddle boarding for the first time. The owner was really helpful and gave us a quick crash course of what to do (and what not to do). We had a great time - would highly recommend.
And no need to surrender passports or leave an exorbitant deposit (like one of the other stand up paddle boarding providers on Koh Toa)!

Enjoyed paddleboarding - no advanced techniques were required and after a few minutes easily got the hang of it - especially due to the tips offered from the SUP staff. The sea was as flat as glass and the coral and fish were easy to appreciate thru the crystal clear water. Some of the people on the boards were just relaxing using them as floating sunbeds. There was safety advice given though everyone I saw was simply enjoying themselves with no real safety dangers to speak of.
A perfect way to enjoy Koh Tao's beautiful sun and sea :-) The demand was massive at Sunset and booking was advised - the views at that time were spectaular and the heat of the day had relented.

Great service and a great experience at SUP Tao! I used her boards several times while on Kho Tao and each one was a MiniAdventure that I'll remember..

Went there a couple time with friends it was a great things to do in the evening instead of just drinking beer. Staff there very nice and friendly . Will do it again

We just rocked up at the bar and asked about the board rentals from the bar staff.
Super nice location at the southern end of Sairee Beach based out of Maya Beach Club, a great hang out for a whole beach day.
Over 20 boards are available so solo, couples or large groups are all good. We rocked up for a sunset paddle and returned just as the sun went down to Live Djs on the beach and after paddle cocktails.
Perfect, highly recommended.

Totally recommend this place for an awesome sunset paddle board. His equipment is top quality and it is the best place to start from and end with a Juicy Moose over sunset. It was so good, my partner and I did each night of our holiday

You can’t ask for a much easier experience than to turn up, grab a board and be out exploring moments later after a quick briefing.
SUP Tao is in a great spot off the front of Maya Bar on Sairee Beach and Simon and co are friendly helpful and knowledgeable about what to do and where to go.

Friendly staff. He showed us how to use the paddle boards before we got on. Paid for an hour but they let us keep it till the sun had set (Probably had it for around 1.5 hours). Definitely recommend.
