This place is amazing! The sand is pure white and feels like walking on talc. Crystal clear water. We were so lucky to visit.

We went on the Maya Bay Plankton Sunset Cruise, it was a brilliantly organised trip and we felt that we definitely got the money worth for it. Although Maya Beach is currently closed to tourists so the boat can only stop in the bay and...More

Amazing spot, but not worth it now that it is closed. You only see the beach from 600m distance. Very average snorkeling also.

You can’t actually visit Maya Bay at the moment as it’s closed to let the reef recover but you can look at it from a distance and for me that was just as good. You see it in all its glory with no boats and...More

Really amazing beach, like a paradise, we just saw it from a boat when we were in a tour, as it is closed for the tourists, to avoid to distroy it by throwing garbage food and plastic bottles, wish they can open it soon.

Beautiful place to visit. Place worth seeing. Happy to see that government shut down the bay and the beach for recovery. Hopefully they will do the same with other places destroyed by disrespectful ppl. Fingers crossed. Place worth seeing.

I visited maya bay several times over the space of 4 months, back when you were able to go on the beach. It was beautiful, softest powder sand I’ve ever experienced. It was busy sure but worth it to see the view from the beach....More

An absolutely stunning bay, closed to tourists at moment to allow coral to recover which I was very happy to hear! I was only here as it was part of a snorkelling trip. You can still view it from a boat which pulls up not...More
