Where you get the deep knowledge of Thai Culinary Cooking!

Started 2006, with the same main teacher, Aon. Outstanding skills,+40 years of Thai cooking experience.

We do 3 classes per day, 7 days per week; Morning, Afternoon and Evening, all different programs.

You as a part of the group choose what dishes to make, individually you choose type of meat; chicken, seafood, prawns, vegetarian and for some dishes beef.

Everything is done individually, from first cutting to spice level etc.

We also do Private classes and longer classes for professionals and amateurs, where you can learn practically every existing Thai dish from someone that know how to do it!

Veggies, Herbs and Spices from our own garden (mostly), Freshly squeezed coconut milk and curry paste made on the premises.

Everything done in our Classic big Thai Teak house, all designed for as a Cookery School in a quiet area of Prae Ae.

Two-way transport, welcome drink, cooking book, coffee, tea and water is included. Many other drinks for sale

Very Welcome to an experience above the rest!

Getting consensus on 4 dishes is fun and gets conversation going. Great teacher who encourages questions and is proud to promote Thai food. Excellent set-up, huge 20 seat teak table to eat around and large kitchen area to hone your skills. If you're intent on only cooking the dishes you want then suggest you try and organise a private session... More

We had a dinner course in 16 people group. The group chooses 4 out of 10 dishes by voting. Unfortunately we didnt get to do any of these foods we would like to. We dont like spring rolls or larb at all but group wanted to do these. I was malicious to see that half of group left larb to... More

Hello, sorry you did not liked our cooking course! But we are more disappointed for the reasons you gave for this 1 star review! First of all there were 14 people plus 2 followers that did not cook, just share the dishes! We think you are more complaining about the other students that did not choose “your” dishes! It is... We decide to do something else than be on the beach and find this place for some Cooking lessons. We toke the lunch offer and made 4 dishes. The place was nice, staff speak good English and the cooking instructors was very details in their instructions and also talk about the ingredients which was interesting. They also offer soft drinks,... More

Booked this cooking class last minute. They shared 10 recipes and we cooked 4. Loved the recipes we choose and we even got a chance to try other recipes that another class was preparing. Our instructor was excellent and very friendly. Went through the instructions very thoroughly. Everything was hands on. I think everyone should try and cooking class in... More

The teacher is friendly and skilled. We had an excellent evening there. I would definitely recommend this place to learn how to cook your favourite Thai dishes.

We were pleasantly surprised by this cooking class, it was the cheapest option we had seen and of a great standard. Very friendly Thai teacher, lovely roofed outdoor location and very clean and pleasant. Made some great food, got to take the left overs home for dinner. Highly recommend!

We had a small group of 7 people and it was an ok experience. I think for the price I probably expected a little more - like other reviews, there were sections where the staff did the cooking or something had been pre prepared. The food was really delicious. The equipment was great and prep was very enjoyable. There was... More

One of the best ways to dip into the culture of a foreign country you like is to explore their cuisine. As I had very delicious culinary experiences in other countries in the past, I did the same during my last stay in Thailand. There are quite a few interesting choices on the internet and I selected -more or less... More

Highly recomend this. You get picked up and dropped back to your hotel. The range of dishes is great (we made 4 dishes), which you get to cook on your own and then eating the food is a hard job! It's clean, friendly and some of the staff are very amusing.

Aon is a well-travelled Thai cook who is able to articulate the subtleties of Thai cuisine. My girlfriend and I spent an afternoon there during the off peak season and we had the whole place to ourselves. It was definitely time well spent and I would recommend this experience to anyone.
