Panorama

This panorama is on the first floor of Maharaja Ranjit Singh Museum. No separate ticket is there. You will feel that you are in the middle of battlefield. You can take photos here.

Friends outing
Dec. 2019 • Friends
We visited this place for the first time and heard about this from other friends. We visited along with friends and found this place very good as the old culture of the Punjab was displayed there along with the special focus of the tenure of the Maharaja Ranjit Singh ji.

Small but effective museum.

this place where you all can see Maharaja Ranjit Singh life story entry fee is very nominal like 10 rupees.
As you enter there is big gate and displayed some huge photos in frame ,and can see caption of their life stories.
In other rooms you can find like exhibit them in model so get idea of their bravery.
Upper level can see in big form model, horse sounds dark light good effects. They showed how they battled shown their braveness.
Small but very nice must visit with children and explain them by reading their caption.

Not really our thing
Mar. 2019 • Couples
To be frank this ‘attraction’ was a bit blah - The Maharaja Ranjit Singh - a panorama of glorious Indian military history - ropy figures done in dioramas... very kitch, even a bit crass. We actually visited here as we were part of a tour group (on the go), but we think it was just a filler since we’d all decidced not to queue up in the blazing sunshine for a couple of hours, at the holy shrine of the golden temple.

Amazing Silicon models of warriors, though photography not allowed
Mar. 2019 • Couples
We were confused if panorama and museum are two seperate place to vist. The guards on asking gave us confused answers and informed museum is elsewhere and it is under construction!
We came across some amazing piece of silicon rubber model of warriors and on the first floor a panoramic view of Maharaja Ranjit Singh's war life through various models .

Well maintained museum
Apr. 2018 • Family
During my holidays in Amritsar we had visited this beautiful museum located inside Company Bagh. This museum is dedicated to the great Maharaja Ranjit Singh of Punjab. Entrance ticket was only 10 bucks per person. The flower garden with several statues of the great king is located at the entrance to the museum - this garden is very well maintained with manicured lawns, flowers and big trees. Inside the museum there are many life size paintings and models depicting the life & times of the great Maharaja Ranjit Singh. The best part was the life size models with audio on the 2nd floor of the museum depicting the battle field and durbar of the great king. It was quite an experience visiting this place.

Worth a quick visit
Mar. 2018 • Family
If you have spare time in Amritsar, a visit to the Maharajah Ranjit Singh Panorama is well worth your time (ticket prices are super cheap...5 or 10 Rupees per adult). The museum has lots of dioramas (miniature 3-D models) to bring history to life. My Vietnamese family thoroughly enjoyed it even though they can't speak English or Hindi.

A delightful experience, do not miss it!

Maharaj Ranjit Singh Panorama a delightful experience do not miss it. I was delighted by seeing the efforts spent to build this museum and the intricacies they incorporated is amazing.

A must visit place in Amritsar to experience the bravery of the historian like Maharaj Ranjit Singh. Beautiful paintings all over and the miniatures to recreate the painting is awesome.

Panorama - I understood the real meaning of Panorama the moment I stepped into the first floor where panoramic setup of the war scene and Durbar with audio background was really breathtaking experience.
