If you are visiting Munnar, do make it a point to visit any tea garden. A walk through the tea garden is an experience by itself as you soak in all the greenery while your guide elaborates his knowledge and history about tea. Please spare half an hour for any tea garden tour. Totally worth each penny spent.

We were able to see the tea leaves being collected and packed for the tea factory. The lush green tea estate offers spectacular views and should not be missed.

Of all the attractions people get to watch in Munnar, Tea Gardens are the best. It's like a green carpet all along the mountainous terrain of Munnar. As we enjoy the beauty of the Tea Gardens the cool breeze gently brushes our body giving us the immense satisfaction of enjoy the beauty of the mother nature.
