The museum is under renovation and has been shifted temporarily to Old secretariat building. So don’t go by google as it will mislead you. Since it is a make-shift arrangement, many artefacts have not been displayed. Only a few of them so the visit was not very exciting and took just about half an hour. No entry fee...…

The location of the Museum is no longer in EDC Complex but on River Front in Old Secretariat. It as reasonable and a few good collections of Sculptures and old art work. It does reflect Goan culture and can be covered in a brief visit to Panjim.

The place have n-number of displays that speaks the Indian history especially the goal. This is one of the must visit place in goa.government can make the visiting hours 24*7 for all museum and monuments all over india so it may generate jobs,sow knowledge on the children if at all they may be on their school work when these museums works.…
