The heritage sketch walk was an experience of soaking in the place and documenting visual clues that I liked as I moved as a group through the byelanes. The narrator was very informative too.

It's the old quarter of Panjim with many Portuguese influenced buildings painted in a range of bold colours. There are many mid range and up market hotels, most with dining facilities and a range of shops. I found it a great place to wander around...More

Belonging to the Old or Latin Quarter between Ourem creek and Altinho hill this part of Panaji is wonderful for small walks through small streets with colourful old Portuguese houses. Make a stop at the many small restaurants.

One can only see this on foot. Quaint little area of Panjim . Best seen in evening or under lights. Nothing much of history here except the romantic villas and roads. Can do this on foot in 39 minutes to an hour max

If you are looking for nice pics to add to your album, with a backdrop of quaing portuguese villas or an old chapel, then this is the place to go. However in reality, walking down the lanes does not give you a sense of old-world...More
