Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

It was really amazing to visit this ancient spring and experience the cool fresh waters on a hot desert day. Al Haiz Oasis were expert Bedouin guides with nice 4x4 Landcruisers to cross the dunes and music!

In 1987 this place was beautiful and the water was flowing. Now the original place is a rubbish dump and just beside it the government pump is pumping the water from 1200 mt depth to the surface. It is definitely not a place to visit anymore and if you wish to have a bath in a hot spring then there are better ones with much less rubbish.....

Wish the government put more money into helping the small Oasis with the garbage problems around some of their tourist sights. This could be a nice spot.
