heartbreaking and sad but everyone should go and see the things memorial center offers and shows. It's the best way to give hour honour all those who gave their lives for our freedom.

We came here as part of our tour. You enter a dark shed and immediately feel the isolation and terror that occurred there. The memorial honors so many who suffered in the quest for freedom. It hurts to realize how horrific man can be to...More

A well done memorial to the 298 people executed in 1991. Recent history and so incredibly sad for all who visit.

This is the place where lots of innocent Croats were killed during the civil war. I come here every year to pay tribute for them. Ovčara has a open museum and cemetery only a kilometer away from each other. Entrance is free, but you can...More

We visited with family who knew people killed here which added to the sadness and emotion of our visit. The memorial is beautifully crafted and visually powerful. It helped us to have already viewed a video explaining the tragedy before visiting the memorial.

Worth a visit to witness the scene of the horrific massacre. The centre is small and not much to see but it's simplicity adds to the terror. Make sure to make the 1km drive/walk to the actual site.
