This marvelous castle has been restored and now you can enjoy and complete the experience of the castle. Ticket prices are fair for what you get. We were satisfied with history of this interpretation centre in green Istria!

Starting from the enterance to the castle and more than a kind welcome, beautiful decoration and phenomenally innovative ideas (escape room and multimedia room) this was an experience worth every penny - in this case kuna. The staff is kind and polite, ready to answer any questions asked and they are always smiling. If you want a fun and modern twist on a historic event in an original and well planned way then this is just a place for you. If you have any doubts - don't! We came here as a family including two teenagers and weren't really sure what to expect. What was noticeable from the very beginning was the friendliness of all the staff from the guy in the ticket office down the street to everybody we ran into in the castle itself. And they all spoke excellent English with a good sense of humour. We opted to try out the "Escape Game" which was set up differently than you would find in most Escape rooms. This one involved exploring the various features of the castle and solving 6 different puzzles to come up with one final code to release the magic sword from a stone (reminders of Kind Arthur and Excalibur here). We did it in ca. 50 minutes which included a toilet stop and a family discussion on basic arithmetic! Once our celebrations had died down we were politely encouraged to take a look at the museum exhibits which included many very unique and entertaining virtual reality, interactive features. Try your hand at repelling the wicked invaders of the castle or crafting your own sword and then have your photo sent to your email account! We learned that this place has only been very recently re-opened by the President of Croatia no less. With all the passion and enthusiasm of the staff we're sure that they'll make this into an important feature of any visitors itinerary when visiting the Istrian peninsula. Thoroughly recommended!!!…

We went there to try ourselves out in the escape room game with no special expectations and we ended up speachless! They really thought of everything! The escape room story is adjusted to he medieval historical setting of the castle, but it also features modern technology in such a great way that you have the best of the history and modern times at the same time. The multimedia hall is perfect, with fun games to play and very inspiring and interactive historical lessons! The local must beer is Kampanjola, very nice taste, the top craft beer if you ask me. All in all, we left the castle so happy and fulfilled and we recommend it to anyone who is in the nearby!…

Something different,my friends and I had a lot of fun playing this game and we recommend you to try this game. It's not classic "escape" and this is what suprise us the most. Lady who was our gamemaster was super fun and friendly. Go and try it!!
