We perform checks on reviews.
Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The Porec Town Hall is a magnificent building built in 1910 by an architect from Trieste named Arduino Berlam. The building is surrounded by beautifully manicured gardens and large palms and it is extremely well maintained.

It is a tourist hot spot with beautiful views of the marina and there are always people sitting on the benches outside the Town Hall with cameras at the ready waiting for a photo opportunity.

Poreč is every year champion on some list, for cleanest, for biggiest number of tourists, for cleanest sea or something else. Anyway this city is so nice that if you are on other part of Istria, you need to come and visit. Nice beaches and hotels out of the city in Green and Blue Lagune, and old city center with its famous Eufrasian Basilic. Old stone main street and nice riva to walk, take a some drinks or have lunch or diner by the sea.
In the summer it is crowded and occupated by tourist butit is must see.

Very attractive building built in 1910 by an architect from Trieste, so the Italian influence is evident. Framed by large palms and surrounded by manicured gardens it's both imposing and very easy on the eye.

Very nice town full of historic monuments and buildings. Visit to Euphrasio basilica is compulsory. Beside this you can explore old streets designed in Roman time

Porec is one of the top spots in Istria, but you can also say in whole Croatia. I't's a town with a very rich history, you can feel it by taking every step in the old town, Roman ruins, Eufrazijeva bazilika, towers...you must love it !
Island Sveti Nikola is top spot, very classy, Valamar Group, top residential island, you can visit Sveti Nikola by boat, it's very close to Porec. You will enjoy in this beautiful town, that's for sure !

Can't imagine how it is in summer. It is so hot already. Didn't seem like you could visit inside. Lots of overpriced stalls along the water. Lots of boat excursion stalls.

Porec is small, but vivid town on the West Istrian coast. With its history (some streets still have Roman names, e.g. Decumanus) and as administrative centre it is worth visiting all year round. Either you walk the Riva, Decumanus or Gradska plaza on the south, you shall enjoy it. It is true that the best season to visit is summer, but also late spring and early fall provide perhaps even more relaxed vacation. Since it is small town, you can walk through it in an hour, but I'd suggest to stroll from the main square through stone tilled Decumanus, visit Euphrasius basilica and seat for a coffee or even lunch/dinner in the Riva - there are quite some good restaurants and bars (but unfortunately also some wannabes, which is better to skip).

This old building is the home of the Porec City Hall. As it is nicely painted, almost all the tourists make photos.
