The place was so clean! It was quite a romantic setting & the clothes shops were pretty good, lots of choice at various price ranges. A really lovely mix of architecture, holidaymakers, coastal paths, history & culture.

First family holiday in 10 years. (Not a family with teenagers but there is no option for parents, 2 “kids” ages 26 & 22 and one partner aged 30!) Something for everyone. Gorgeous architecture. Need a car. Definitely visit Rovinj too.

What an absolutely amazing beautiful place. Without it being overly pretentious. Fantastic historic streets and very friendly and helpful people. A very short catamaran ride to Venice

We visited here in early of Oct, not crowded, maybe it's in the slack season. The town is not huge but very beautiful, and you may very easy to find a good place to relax for a while. Good for family as well.

a lot will be closed as its outside the tourist season. However prices will go down and less tourists. Get a car and go on a few nice day trips into truffle country (motevun) and to pula.

Wide variety of restaurants to eat out with a wide range of prices.I wouldn't expect that you would have to pay a great deal more than eating out in Britain.
