Very friendly people and a really beautiful island. The old town is stunning and the restaurants and cafes are almost all good value. We stayed there for a week and enjoyed a few days out, great base to explore the coastline and a wonderful place...More

Visiting in October, the old town was not crowded at all so we could explore the narrow streets without problems. It is well worth looking around and walking on the old town walls.

this is the Marco Polo city with all the appropriate tourist shops. The town was very nice and quaint. Lots of restaurants and shops. Not nearly as crowded as other location in Croatia.
