We visited the gardens in July and since we knew it would be super hot, so we got there right when it opened at 6AM and it was so peaceful and quiet; beautiful to walk around. Very old feeling garden and lush.

This is a very attractive garden. Well maintained with a large variety of plants and flowers. I found the workers very helpful when asked a question about a particular plant or arrangement.

Enjoyed the free access and easy walk from neighboring Grand Bohemian Hotel. Toured the grounds at my own pace. Paths were well maintained as were the individual gardens. Visit missed the prime flowering season - but nonetheless lovely.

I seem to recall that dogs are fine. I assume yours is well behaved, so he/she should be welcome. Bring doggie bag!
