The Vulcan is an inexpensive way to see views of Birmingham. You can walk up the steps (a few floors and not too bad) or take an elevator. We also had a family member walking around with the stroller beneath.

The view of Birmingham is terrific, but to do anything but walk the grounds such as go up the tower or view the museum there is a charge. The Vulcan Man is impressive.
