We had two foursomes on the Valley Course at Oxmoor Valley on Saturday, 21st of April. We got behind two foursomes of ladies and had to wait 20 mins between shots. There were 4 foursomes on the 9th at one time because of the slow...More

I have only played the north half of the Trail but it is worth it. Inexpensive and great golf. Good staff and wonderful views. Valley is easier than Ridge.

We played this Friday, March 23. This is a very difficult course for women. I will never play it again. Additionally, the course conditions were not the greatest. Lots of mud, ground under repair, and bare spots. We were paired with another couple, and their...More

This RTJ course is magnificent. It was in excellent condition--even after a pretty good rain (cart path only). Played the Ridge course and it was a lot of fun and very beautiful. Lots of elevation changes. It seemed to play longer than the yardages--not sure...More

Be prepared to climb. Oxmoor Valley Ridge is a tough course that is challenging, but not fun. The terrain is hilly with tree lined fairways. You must keep your ball on the ridge fairways or be prepared for it to be lost. Access to tee...More

What a fun way to spend the day before our grandson's wedding playing this beautiful but challenging golf course her on Birmingham. The men had a blast. The Robert Trent Jones courses are always a treat for a golfer

I played the Ridge course on June 11-14. Course was beautiful and in great shape. A little tough walking up and down from paths to the greens for older folks as it's hills with lots of slope. Clubhouse and all personnel were very friendly. I...More

Be prepared for elevation changes and use a lot more club than you think on up hill shots. Eighteen hole green very elevated and need two more clubs than normal to reach green from 116 yards. Fun course to play, but take what the course...More

No red stakes unless there was a creek or pond. Anything going in you'll be lucky to find and almost impossible to get back into play.
