Super excited this has been restored!! The lobby has a bit more to go in finding its look. Think of ambient lighting. Lamps side tables etc. makes it warmer. Need some great rugs too. The ballroom and restaurant are wonderful.

So glad that this building will finally be restored to its former glory. Birmingham has a history of tearing down old buildings instead of restoring them, glad this one was saved in time. Looking forward to seeing it in all it's new glory!

Leer Tower is just one of the many beautiful historical buildings in downtown Birmingham. I am a history buff and I love the details of old buildings. I had to come home and research this lovely old building.
