You don't have to enter the park area if you don't have time or the agility. Just walking from the Paifang Park to the entrance is already very pleasant. Entrance fee RMB78.

This is my second visit to this scenic park...after a sojourn of five years. Was impressed by the good standard of upkeep and maintenance.... The beauty of the limestone mountain peaks reflected on the tranquil lakes still lingers in my mind. Glad also to be able to feed the school of koi fishes at the tea house pond. Left refreshed... The rooms were really well appointed with fruits waiting in there. The amenities and the room size are great with ample storage facilities. We just stayed for one night but the experience was great and we will visit again.

I went with my mom, my friend and his two sons. It was supposed to be winter but the sun was shining really bright, it's the perfect time to walk around. We rent the boat for 400rmb and we travelled the lake and dropped at another shore, the tour guide was an extra 80 rmb and she took us the... More

Climbed up in the morning but wasn't as great as expected and not really worth the admission ticket price. Quite a big place, most probably need 1 full day to fully explore the area. The sunset view was good though

The seven star crags was a wonderful place to walk around. The lake and pagodas are gorgeous, and there are really interesting features like a boat ride in a cave that it completely lit up with neon lights (be warned you have to pay more). And, you can take a boat ride on the lake to see flamingos and red-hooded... More

I visited from Hong Kong via a lazy 4 hour direct train ride. It was meant to be a lazy 2 day stay and i wasn't expecting a lot. It turns out to be very nice small park to see in a very laid back town of Zhaoqing. The little islands are like oversized scholar rocks neatly arranged on the... More

Very nice place. Peak season could be lots of people. Heard can rent a bike but not enough time this round. Air quality wasn't good unfortunately.

We arrived by coach and it dropped us off the entrance of the ticket office. I loved the scenic views of the surrounding and the fresh air. I took many photos of the star lake and caves. I visited during the weekend so the place was packed with tourists and we had to queue for our entry tickets. Overall it... More

At about an hour by bus from Guangzhou, this place is a nice spot for a day trip. The pictures make it seem like it is in a remote place, but is really a part of the city and therefore an urban retreat. From the park you can still see the buildings of downtown Zhoaqing, but the hustle and bustle... More
