It is fairly easy to become "templed out" in Quanzhou, but at least it is worth it! Chengtian si holds magnificent architecture, ancient (tiny!) stone pagodas, huge gold leaf paintings, old trees, gold fish, lotus, monks...

This temples is very popular for the locals, on the weekends you have to squeezed your way into the temple! It is also one of the few old Taoist temple that was never destroyed during the war.

The high rising towers of the temple and their architecture is just an amazing sight , the 500 sculptures is a thing which makes me say wonders will never cease .

Was here as they had a group from Tawaiin there to visit and was very busy on a Sunday afternoon. Well worth the trip and to visit all the shops close by
