An interesing place to visit. Have seen more impressive geysers but still a unique pretty place to visit. There is a thermal pool that you can swim in. We were there early, before sunrise as this is the most active time of day, our guide had timed it perfect as there was minimal people, by the time we had left... More

It was a very early summer day morning. Highly recommend to dress very warm, like cold winter. There are many geysers in the area, very exciting to see. Chile has a lot of undistributed nature which we all loved to watch.

The Tatio geysers are not as good as others we have seen, they are more bubblers that geysers that shoot up into the air. Plus you have to get up at a very early hour to see them! I would put this low on the list of interesting/beautiful places in visit while in San Pedro.

Our tour started at 4.30h, very weak indeed but it was worth the lack of sleep! We arrived around 6 am and got to see the sunrise without seeing the actual sun, but the way the light started to fill the place was magical! There was the possibility to take a bath in the thermal pool and after that we... More

We went on pre-booked tour with Tourturist. This involved a pick up from our hotel shortly after 4.30 am and about a 3 hour bus drive to the geysers. It was a good trip. Our guide spoke English but he was by no means the best we have had in terms of volunteering information. Be warned when we arrived it... More

It is a very early wake up call to arrive as the first ones in the Geyser park. But more than worth the effort. From a distance you can see the first 'clouds' moving upwards. Getting closer makes the experience only more awsome. The park is very well maintained, with clear indications as to where to walk on and where... More

One of the most interesting thigs to do in Atacama!! Prepare yourself for the cold and the sulfur smell! Take your bathing suit and enjoy the heated natural pool!

I can't review it because all trips to the geysers were cancelled for several days in a row. Heavy (unusual) rains washed out the road, so access was not possible.

You must get there before sunrise, and must wear very warm clothes. I am not a person prone to feel cold, and thought everyone was exaggerating, but I really felt freezing when we arrived. The geysers are amazing and the best time to see them is just as day breaks!
