This museum located in a typical well to do Balkan house offers an excellent insight into life in the past. The thick walls and the overhanging roof are features, together with the surrounding wall for protection. The insight into family life with the separation of...More

This was an old Turkish house of a wealthy family. One flight of stairs, interesting to see how the family lived & what life was like. Went there on a Viking tour. Pictures are allowed inside. On the outside there is the typical souvenir shop

Takes you back in time and introduces you to the traditional bulgarian lifestyle. No guide though. It is not very large, but I really liked the idea of a small museum in a traditional house.
