A XIX century church wich is looking different and even modern among the ancient ruins of old Nessebar. So it's not so exciting to see it.

Nice to see a real, working, Orthodox church when most have changed into museums. There is a shop selling icons , and beads, holy water etc. Dark inside, and no photography, as this could upset the worshippers. Interesting Nativity outside don't miss it.

This is a spectacular church and well worth a visit. The carvings and plaques are great and you will find the full history noted around the place. Happened on this church by accident and what a treat to the eye it is. Stunning

If you want history, this is the place to see, there are plaques everywhere to tell you the story. The whole of Nessebar is a historical treasure garden
