For jaw-dropping views of one of the planet's most sprawling cities, the Edifício Itália is practically peerless. Situated in a bustling, if worn-down corner of downtown São Paulo, the 46-story office tower is capped by the Terraço Itália restaurant...more

The Italian Building is the second highest in SP. Between 3-4pm on Monday to Friday you can ride the elevator to the observation level for free. At any other time you can only do so by going through the pricey bar/lounge area which will cost...More

The view is nice, if and only if it's sunny. But 30 Brazilian reais per person (except for one hour on weekdays, when it's free), this is an overpriced and underwhelming elevator ride to the top of a truly hideous building. If you do plan...More

We were on the search of a great view of expansive Sao Paulo, and this seemed to be regarded as one of the best. The building is fairly centrally located, close to the subway and a couple of other attractions. It's easy to walk to...More

Beautiful views from the top floor... despite the TA page advising there is a free period 3-4pm, there is a R$30 charge... but you get a glass of wine or prosecco with this to enjoy the amazing views of the city for an unlimited time....More

The views of the Italian building from open space ground level are a lot better than those of the next door built-in Copan building. Pretty forward design from the Brazilian architect Franz Heep. But dazzling views from the 46th floor at 165 m high.

This building offers a great view of the city! In the afternoons their is one hour (I believe from 3-4 or 4-5pm) where the panoramic roof is open to the public free of charge and you can go up and take photos. A great experience!...More

Part of the historical centre of São Paulo, República
was once a fancy residential area. República Square
holds a craft and food fair every weekend, right by

neighbourhood’s main attractions is the Italian
Building, where you can see the city from the 42nd
floor. The Copan Building also deserves a close look,
with 1,160 apartments and a huge floor area that

Hi Ms Aspinav Yes, you can visit the Edificio Itália in the morning, but you have to drink, at least a coffee ... minimal consumption to attend. In my opinion, you have to go there end see São Paulo over 44 floors.
