Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We wanted to visit a home game of SE Palmeiras (football) which ended in staying in front of a closed ticket office on matchday even though the stadium wasn't sold out. Unfortunately no accurate information provided on the website of the football club in this regard. Buying a ticket online through the official website of the club also wasn't possible as foreigners because the indication of the CPF number (which you usually don't possess if you're not a Brazilian citizen) is required.
I just think that it's a pity that it's almost impossible to visit an event this way (wasn't a single experience in Brazil).

To reach the stadium, we took the subway and got off at station Palmeiras - Barra Funda. From there, a footwalk of 10-15 minutes is necessary but the whole arrival went smoothly.
However, the stadium itself is located in a rather unappeling environment which gave me rather the impression of walking through a Favela instead of going to a stadium with a modern commercial area around as I expected.

Allianz Parque is easy to get too, I got an uber going there but took the metro coming back. Nearest metro station 'Palmeiras Barra Funda' around a 10-15 minutes walk away from the stadium and depending where you're staying can get back to downtown São Paulo or other areas quickly directly or with an easy change to the other lines. I went to the Paulista Derby between Palmeiras and Corinthians in the Campeonato Paulista Série A1. Attendance - 38,550. Match ticket - 80 Brazilian Real (around £16). 38 degrees heat made this Paulista Derby a bit more fiery, 7 yellow cards and a red card with plenty of little scuffles. Match ticket I got before the game at stadium ticket office, most the areas were sold out but attendance was just short of a full sell out. Couldn't buy online due to not having Brazilian identity card needed to register.

I had a great visit and had a wonderful first game experience in Brazil at the Allianz Pargue. The stadium is LOUD and has a great atmosphere. I was able to see Palmeiras vs. Corinthians and it ended 3-3. A great day for neutrals!
The stadium seating is open and comfortable even for a big American. Good leg room and didn't feel crammed like in other stadia in Europe. The crush getting in can be a bit much and if you don't know where you are going it can be an issue. We got our tickets through the hotel and they came with a guide and transportation, a key benefit! There are a lot of bars and drinking as well as people selling all manner of street food, drinks, water and team gear on the streets on the way in. I suggest getting beer on the street and team gear from the team store if you want quality.

Looking for a soccer game in a comfortable environment? Oh no this is not for me I would like to be at a big music event being able to see and hear clearly from any seat I choose. In both cases you are at the right place.

This guided 1.5 tour experience takes you through the stadium. It covers, the bleachers, corporate box, players locker rooms, press room and the pitch itself by the home and visitors bench. At the moment there’s also the libertadores trophy. The only problem with the tour is it’s conducted all in Portuguese with no translation.

It is accessible by public transportation (taxi) but very difficult to go back home after the show. No structure at all to get a taxi or public transportation. The stadium is well equipped with toilets and signals to find the seats.

You will be better off if you come to the stadium to see a match not the inside of the stadium. The tour is very poorly executed. Mentioned in the web site that it takes 1:15 hours, it took 2 hours after a 10 min late start. Too muck small talk, too many people having to wait for an elevator for 10 people (max capacity), besides the stadium nothing else to see (no museums, limited history). Tour OK to Poor, better if you just go to watch a match. BTW impossible to get any information on the phone, their phone number is useless.

Location is fantastic, speechless archtecture, extremely passionate crowds... definitely a place to be with family, friends or even alone. Once in São Paulo city... its the place to be on a Wednesday night or Sunday afternoon.

Wonderful place, brand new, excellent atmosphere. Great to come to see a good soccer game close to the city. The only thing, but is not particular to these place is that in Brazil you are not allowed to drink alcohol, and that´s a pitty :)
