The aquarium was well situated. for a 1/2 hour visit right off the beautiful beach. The displays in the tanks showed a museum that at one time had made a very nice effort to have a little glimpse in sea life as so many cities have, but at a reduced scale as it is not a major location. I do to... More

Its very cheap to get in, so you get what you pay for... not much! They have good tanks, but not well used. Poorly looking fishes and not many of them, so if that specific fish is hidding for some reason, you dont get to see them at all. Honestly, my boyfriend´s aquarium at home has more variety and beauty... More

The Santos Aquarium isn't big, however is really well maintened and they have a nice selection of sea fauna. As an Oceanographer I'm really happy to see that kind of effort here in Brazil. Definitely worth the visit!

What do you do on a weekend breakaway in Santos? The aquarium was well priced at 5 $R for adult entry. Very interesting to see, I loved the nurse shark a lot. Saw penguins, piranhas and different turtles. Would have loved to see more colourful sea fish and Nemo of course. The sea lion was very elusive. Bought some trinkets... More

One of the better attractions of a rather dull city but most aquariums are pretty much the same. Well presented fish - and even penguins but the star of the show is a very large deal. He was being fed and doing tricks when we were there.

Very little and boring aquarium with a lot dirty tanks. We spend there only 20 min. But price is worth it, so it was OK to go there when it was raining outside.

A very nice aquarium with lots of Brazilian fauna fishes. Brazilian and not Brazilian as well. Penguins that always make you laugh and a very good surprise for you. What is the surprise? go and found out what it is!

We visited the aquarium on a rainy day, it was crowded, so it was a little bit uncomfotable, but overall, it is a nice option for cold/rainy days.

I've been at the aquarium while passing by the city, having few time it's been interesting to spend an hour in this place. It's quite little and it doesn't have many species, also the water tanks are rather small. Though the above, the entrance ticket costs only 5 reais, therefore if you have some free time, or whether the weather... More
