This was one of the highlights for Laguna for me. The views of the city are amazing panoramas. It's a little tricky getting up to stop, but if you can, I would definitely recommend making your way up there at some point while in Laguna....More

the visitor can hike up to it or can drive or take some public transport to get a view not only the old part of town and the spreading new developments, but also the open ocean ...

The roads in the area are not in the best state of repair and we grounded our car twice on the way up. So bearing this in mind it is not really worth the drive up as the view from the top is decidedly average.
