Climb up the hill to get a closer view of the lighthouse. Once of the hill, you have magnificent views of the beaches below. Only down fall is that you can’t enter the lighthouse as it belongs to the military.

Even though we could not see the sunrise the view from the lighthouse is very beautiful and we can see some beaches and the see from there. You cannot access the interior of the lighthouse but the trip is worthy.

The access is terrible with bumpy dirt roads. The beaches are beautiful We're here for the new year celebration had loads of fun dancing on the beach at midnight with hundreds of others. The locals were warm and friendly. Most hotels are not air conditioned...More

Worth the trip but some parts of the route are on very tricky roads even by Brazilian standards and you have to take the ferry if you come from Laguna

We stayed there for one whole day. And It's a amazing place. Beautiful beach and nice place to eat and drink. And it gets very busy at high season .
