Great for spending half a day in a shade

We went there as a part of day trip around Pipa. You can see turtles from view points swimming around in the ocean. Great vies for photos. Worth visiting, but nothing too special.

We were in pipa for the 2nd time in three years & went here for the second time. The walk through the trees is great the highlight is the families of spider monkeys. Great views of the beaches of pipa from the top of the cliffs.

Definitely worth the visit (15 Brazilian Real per person) but comparing to previous times (19 y ago) it seemed poorer in wildlife. Take the short or long tracks but always descend to Madeiro beach via the "Pirates stairs". Check the scenic views over Baía dos golfinhos and try spot dolphins or turtles from above.

I walked from Pipa to here not knowing the enteree price. 15 reales is alot for a poor backpacker as me. But I was there and the lady at the "reception" was really nice. Trails are easy and maintained perfect. Some info boards during the trails give you some info about animals and wildlife and some history lessons about the... More

If you love nature, you must go to this reserve of Atlantic Forest. It is an easy walk, and you can take different trails, from 1 hour to 2,5hrs. There are several mirantes with amazing views of Golfinho abd Madeiro beaches, and if you walk in silence you may even be lucky enough to see the little monkeys... also has... More

A good place for the ones who like to be in touch with nature, the animals, likes to walk through the forest and so on. It's also a good way to see the dolfins and the turtles from an upside point of view, and later, to reach the Madeiro beach through upstairs in the "forest". Specially good for children, but... A pleasant walk over uncomplicated terrain. However little evidence of wildlife except for a number of enclosed turtles in an area about the half way stage of the walk. . There is a limited display of historical interest relating to turtles. At marked viewing points there are good sea and beach views.

It's great to take a rest from the beach and go on a grey day! You get to know a bit of local history and also have the opportunity to dive into native forest. There's a place there from where you may see the amazing big turtles coming up on their nautral habitat, the sea. It's something unique.
