We got there at abou 10.30 and it was paradise. Nobody around. A few lite surfers arrived later and made it really colourful. A very vast beach that can hold many tourists without spoiling it. You can have a beer and the umbrella and chairs...More

We drove down from Pipa to spend half a day, with a local buggy driver. This is a very relaxed place, very windy, yet that doesn't hinder a great stay at the inside lagoon beach, after taking the ferry across the bay. Fresh coconuts and...More

Go on low tide to Barra and you will find flat water in the well protected lagoona as well as waves in the open sea. Kite Extreme Point offers kite equipment if required, a shower, kite repair (hope you don't need it).

Nice break from the buggy ride to get to the other side of river. Comfortable and relaxing while you wait to get to the other side.

Not many international tourists at all. Nice beaches, very few stores. Some small food stores. Warm weather.

Nice lake, nothing very special though. Went here while driving around the whole area, when you pass here it's nice to make a stop.

Barra do cunhau is on the other side of the river. You can go with a balsa to the other side of the river and you will see a beautiful beach with kitesurfers and hardly anyone on the Beach. Enjoy this quiet place

A nice Little fishing village...slow mode just 30-35 km from Pipa. The small bars by the ocean is good and cheap.

If you came to Brazil for the wind - you should definitely spend a few days here. Flat water and waves - take your pick! :-)
