Very long (around 12 km) beach with fine sand. Less crowded as the Copacabana but very nice to relax. Also many surfers in the water. The temperature in November was rather cold- ok for a quick refreshment

It's a beautiful large sandy beach where many people relaxed and swam. It was clean and inviting. We were there in February at the end of carnival.
