We took a guided tour of Paraty in the evening with the good and very kind Michael. He led us around the village giving us nice explanations on architecture and much more. We highly recommend a Paraty tour with him.

Hi Marium, technically it's possible to do a day trip in paraty from rio but it's a lot of time on the road. 1 way drive is about 4 1/2 hours. Best to come and spend a couple of nights in paraty and do a couple of day trips... More
