We stayed in Buzios for 5 days and saw various beaches which were well worth visiting. But as we were staying close to Ferradura we went there first. We arrived early in the morning (9.45 am) and as soon as we touched the sand we...More

Nice Beach, clean and calm water, ideal for swimming. No big waves, and the water can be cold sometimes. But better in every way than Geriba beach wich is overcrowded and with old chairs.

Potentially nice beach. Very long horseshoe, gently shelving fine sand with a couple of bars at one end and lots of quiet space. Spoilt by dirty water - had to wade through lots of plastic and other detritus to swim - unpleasant. May be lovely...More

Cold water and too much wind in the beach. I only enjoyed the stand up paddle, that was a good price for 2.

I really like this beach, the ocean is calm and you can relax there. It's good for family as well since they can play on the water better than other places with heavier waves. The beach is really beautiful!

As any beach in lakes region I recommend to at low season. It's not too busy and you can easily find a place to stay in the sand.
