This is a lovely little zoo park that is free to enter. It has some animals and birds and also it’s just a nice place to get away and have some peace and greenery! Pop in if you’re wandering nearby.

Round down. Unkept. Terribly small cages for all of the cats and some of the monkeys. Quite depressing to walk around really. Even as a free attraction this is not worth going to. Shame. Poor animals.

This is a free zoo just next to the bus terminal. The enclosures are tiny and very old. It might be nice to see the animals but it's more important to consider their welfare. It is certainly disappointing and unethical to see big cats like...More

Clean, small, neat and tidy. And the unusual opportunity to watch a 3 year old Yaguarete , with its unique beauty. Congrats to the people that take care of this small great zoo.

This zoo had received fairly unflattering reviews in some of the guide books we'd read, so we went in with fairly low expectations. But we were all pleasantly surprised by this lovely little zoo, which is situated in beautiful tropical grounds. For a free attraction,...More
