One of largest Muslim community outside Middle East, this beautiful mosque is open to visitors of any religion. Obviously, it is not so beautiful or rich as other mosques in Turkey or Lebanon, but the essence to spirituality is preserved. All built in white, with blue carpets inside, candelabros, several people go there to pray or keep in touch with... More

This place takes you far from being in Latin America to the Middle East where you see a Mosque everywhere. There you can listen to the basics of Islam in the simplest way and get more knowledge about true Islam. And for muslims, it is working and you can pray there every prayer. Also, don't miss the small shop in... More

Seems nice place inside, unfortunately when I got there was closed for refit. So I only could get a picture from outside. The neighborhood looks all of Muslim but I'm. Not sure nice area anyway.

The tourism company and all tourism had to face a closed mosque because one of their members simply decided it would not open that day. I have to say that we could enter the building after the great guide had a long conversation with them. But the thing is: first they decide to close, then decide to open -- how... More

You can visit (because the entrance does not cost money and just if you never saw a mosque in your life), but it is certainly not a 'necessary activity'. Nothing really to see there.

Our cab driver who took us to Ciuded del Este, Paraguay stopped here on the way back to our Pousada. It is gated and there is a guard who stops people from entering the grounds.

All respect to the Muslim community at Foz mosque. Certainly they are people of faith and spiritual objectives. Kind and tender reception are some of their virtues.

If you're are looking to know a little about the religion and their monuments go somewhere else. This is a pretty little mosk but nothing surprising.

Great to see a mosque and it is a huge mosque. Very friendly people at the mosque who welcome people of all faiths at the mosque.

We arrived in Foz around 2 p.m. and decided to make a City Tour. The Muslim mosque is a place you can go just in case you have some time left
