“Nice place for upscaled marriages. Not so interesting for turists”

One of the oldest and most beautiful churches among old town buildings and other historical sites in the area. But there's not much to see. Unless there's a special mass going on or a wedding is being celebrated, because the nice thing about it is the internal area. Not quite a must see for tourists

The church of N. S. do Carmo is charmig especially due to its interior decoration, provided with ceramic tiles on the nave walls as well as elaborate eighteenth century altars and retables.
