According to all the information supplied by the Tourist Office, this church is open Tuesday-Sunday from 13:00-17:45. Only it's not. Not on the Tuesday or the Wednesday that I came to see it. Completely locked up and firmly bolted. So who knows how interesting it...More

The church was built with slaves money and for them to attend mass as they could not go into white people churches. As a result its architecture stands out : the shape of the building is rather unusual, quite striking and more simple than most...More

An unusual baroque church with curved walls in a striking location. It is not open during the published times which are typical for local churches. We tried twice. Nice walk, but don't bother otherwise!
