Interesting place. Short begginers level hiking rout. The view on the trail is really beautiful. It takes about 15 minutes to reach cachoeira from cars parking place. By walk from Ouro Preto it would take about 1 hour to get to cachoeiras. Don't expect much...More

Outside of town. Did not expect it to be so beautifull. Off the dirtroad, straight into nature. We came for the waterfall. It's underground. A bit of a climb down and a little crawling. Down a ladder and into a cave. What a fun experience....More

May get crowded. Used to be much nicer when only locals went to the place. It's been better kept but that's how it goes... It should be a place to go alone, but unfortunately many other people will have that same idea.
