Enjoy yourself!...

We'd been there with the grandkids and the sons and we enjoyed a lot: you can play of hoke and seek. It's clean and safe.

The park has big open fields, not many tree covered areas, it has a small pond with lots of animals. Nearby the famous rock that the park is named about, there is a covered area for gatherings and you may use it for free. In the far back of the park there is a big open fields used for playing... The park has a few animals like ducks, turtle and rabbits. Kids enjoy it. Nice to go out for picnic, as well as jogging and play sports (soccer, football, baseball, softball).

By european standards this is just a standard park in a nice neighbourhood. However having visited many areas in Brazil its nice to see a park which is frequently used by local schools to fly kites, joggers and couples walking. It feels safe as there are quite a few park staff working, its clean, it has a small pond with... More

The park itself has nothing special, it is just a regular park, with some areas for sports, places to walk around a nice pond, but the erosion o the Pedra da Cebola (translating means Onion Rock) is very interesting and unique, plus the fact that it is on top of another rock in a weird balance configuration, it is worth... Pedra da Cebola is the best urban park from Brazil. Small, beautiful, safe and everything is at a walking distance. A must see to visit, to rest, to relax, to take pictures, to read a book and even to work/study.

The park's location is really good. It has a nice atmosphere to walk and practice sports. There is a baseball camp. The park is situated on top of a hill, so there are inclinations all over the place. There are animals that wander around the park. Pets are no allowed.
