Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great views of Vitória and Vila Velha where you can take wonderfull fotos. There is a trail for walking and biking that leads to the top where people jump in paragliders. Unfortunately there is no tutistic structure as bars and security. I sugest You go only in groups and in the early morning. There are some risks if You go alone or in times whithout other persons walking by. But it is worth the effort.

Theres no touristic facilities here. It's recomended just for those who like trekking and hiking. The view on the top is better than Convento da Penha. And it's a place for paragliding, and rapel too.

I can recommend to hike up this hill, which takes around an hour, when it's not too hot. Amazing views are promised and you might see some paragliders jumping off as well!

It's a quite easy hikking, about 40 min up and 30 min down. But there is the difficult way too, where you have more adventure and you have to climb rocks and everything. You can spend your whole day there, relaxing and enjoying the view, but don't forget to bring water and food. There are some things in a house at the top, but it are limited options as sodas and snacks. By the way, don't go alone. It's not a dangerous place, but sometimes we listen about thefts and so on. It does not mean that you cannot bring you camera and cell phone, you will regret a lot! Just try to avoid credit/debit cards (an a whole wallet and purses).

Spectacular views and not that hard to get up. Cheap drinks and snacks available up top. Also hang-gliding options but I'm a little too scared for that.

You have to walk uphill for about 30 minutes, at least for me.
The view once you have gotten there is just awesome.

There is a little store in top of the mountain where you can buy water.

It is not so easy to get there because you have to walk in a muddy street but once you get there the view is amazing! It was my favourite place in Vila Velha. Remember to take some water.

It's a bit tricky finding the entrance to the road up Morro do Moreno as it's tucked into a rather lazy part of Praia da Costa neighborhood. The climb is only about 30 minutes up if you are young and fit but it is quite steep. Good views from the top in both directions. There's nothing touristy up top, just the view.
The road is very rough, so unless you have an offroad vehicle you will need to go by foot. Downside is, it isn't super safe. I've never known anyone to run into trouble there, but have heard of druggies going up there and ran into 3 armed military police the other day who had gone up to make sure everything was okay up there. So go, but don't bring anything too valuable, and don't go at dusk.
