Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Built in the 1800s at the time of the rubber kings, this opera house was spared no expense. It is a magnificent edifice with multi-tiered viewing boxes of the old style. Be careful in the ladies washroom main floor. The cubicle locks are rusty and my wife got locked in the cubicle requiring security to open the door with a screwdriver!

When the rich rubber barons would come to the amazon jungle to capture the rubber market, they choose to not leave behind their European social life. This theater, made with many European artists and stones, stands out as an incredible contrast to the poor people living in their times. They offer English speaking tours, which you must have to capture all the information that otherwise you would miss. It is part palace and part theater!
