I have stayed at Manati lodge from the 8th to the 10th of August and my experience was absolutely fantastic there! The lodge is small, currently with three rooms, so this provides an opportunity to meet others and to go on small group activities, which is really great! The food was fantastic, and our guide - Deu, a real gem!... More

A very nice lodge in the Amazon. Simple but comfortable rooms with private bathroom (cold shower only) and your own hammock. Great view over the Amazon. Swimming just in front of the lodge.

First off, we had an issue with our laundry in Sao Paulo and we needed a place to have it sent to while we traveled throughout Brazil. We were a bit worried and when I called Marilia to help us, she was very understanding and helpful! I had our laundry sent to her and she brought it with her when... More

My friend and I spent 4 days in the Amazon and it was almost something you can't describe especially coming from a big city like San Francisco. The staff were so nice and made us feel like family. The excursions were the real deal. Go.

Everything about our experience at Manati Lodge was first rate. We were picked up at the pier in Manaus, transported by car and motorized canoe to the lodge. For those not wanting a lot of people around this is the perfect place as there are only 3 guest rooms. Marilia is very helpful and efficient. Her mother cooks fantastic meals... More

I visited Manati lodge just before Christmas. I was travelling to the Amazon alone and wanted somewhere to stay that felt safe but offered the full experience of the jungle. Manati lodge was just that, and actually exceeded my expectations. The comfort and care I received from Marilia and her family was beyond, I felt like one of the family... More

Marilia of Manati Amazonia travel agency was the one to have made all our arrangements for a recent visit and stay in Manaus and its surroundings. Her recommendation, Juma Lodge in rainforest where we spent 2 evenings, was just splendid. The hotel she arranged for us in downtown Manaus was not a disappointment either. She even notified us in advance... More

One day to kill around Manaus ? Marilia is the perfect person to organize one last minute trip according what you want to do. She gave me the opportunity to spend one day in the Cajatuba area, swim with pink botos (dolphins), have a very cool lunch at flavio's (our guide) and spend good time around all rivers along. Very... The perfect mix between adventure and comfort. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Our 5 days 4 nights trip on the boat on the Solimoes and Rio rivers is an unforgettable experience for the kids and adults alike. The food was excellent. The night in the forest and the swimming with the pink dolphins in the Rio were clear winners. But... More
