This is a very beautiful village with a great beach called Praia Grande. The boat ride here was amazing. The natural beauty is breathtaking. Amazing sunsets.

A chance to see unspoilt Amazon landscape, from the Rio Negro, to the flooded forest with its teaming wildlife to the islands and lakes within the river itself.

Stunningly beautiful, a river archipelago full of islands that disappear if the river floods. Wildlife and flora explode from the banks of the Rio Negro as they, quite literally, jump and fall into your boat.

So much to do here - swimming in the rio negro, fishing for piranahs, looking for wildlife (we saw sloths and toucans) - and snakes and lots of incredible bird life too.

It may be possible by boat so it's best to check with a local tour company. We stayed in the Archipelago for 4 days and still didn't see everything!
