This is genuine wine tasting as the wines are actually made here in the monastery premises. The wine cellar is vast and the barrels are huge! After a quick look around you get to taste the wine. The wines are excellent! You can buy wines and other products in the shop. Well worth a visit.

After visiting the amazing Monastery of Tvrdoš you should definitely visit its wine cellars. Cellars of the Tvrdoš Monastery still keep old traditional ways of keeping wine. If you get a chance to stop here, take the tour and go in the cellar and see the very recent upgrade to the tasting room, very nice people and the wines were great. Nice little place off the main highway.

This little monastery is set in lovely countryside in interesting gardens with some quirky features. I enjoyed the tranquil atmosphere of this holy place. We were blown away by this monastery. Beautiful grounds, church inside was colorful and unique as a Serbian orthodox churchl.
