北九州市立体育館から車で5分もかからない場所にあります。入口に無料駐車場がありました。台数は多く止めることはできませんが、そこそこのスペースはあります。
中に入ると道路を模した広場を大勢の子供たちが自転車に乗っています。一般道路を走る際の交通ルールをここで教える場のようでした。自転車は入口を入って左手建物で貸し出しています。自転車の持ち込みは禁止と張り紙がありました。また貸し出しは無料のようでした。広場には遊具もあり子供たちの遊び場としても良い場所だと思えました。

こどもが自転車の練習がしたいと言ってきたので行ってきました。
金比羅池のすぐ近くにあります。
まったく乗れなくてもじっくりゆっくりやればそれなりになります。
ここは全くのれない人の場所と交通ルールを教えれるように教習所のようなコースがあります。
安全に練習するにはもってこいの場所です。

小倉から八幡へ向かうバイパス横にある。付近は低い山を中心とした公園となっている。自転車の練習にはもってこいの場所。

自転車に乗りながら子供たちと遊ぶにはちょうどいい感じです！交通ルールもしっかりと教えてくれます。遊具もあるので自転車には乗った後も遊べます。
