I have chronically tired feet from numerous foot related sports injuries and falling arches -- the foot soaks are great and the foot massages are heaven!!! They really help. The owner is an extreme endurance runner and has folks who can keep your feet going for the serious adult athlete. The food is terrific as well?

Great place--my husband and I had a "date afternoon. " We each ordered a pot of tea--my husband chose a white tea--I chose jasmine pearl. We were both happy with what we ordered. Front staff was knowledgeable about our teas. We were given timers to remind us no to over-steep the tea--our reflexologists also reminded us. We closed the place... More

I love House of Steep -- have been there frequently since it opened and am happy to fill up my frequent pot card so I can get my free pot and start over. I love to go there for a quiet break in the day to read or to bring a friend to linger over tea and a snack. The... More

I always have achy feet and ever since I heard about it. So for my birthday I scheduled myself for a soak and foot massage. It was as lovely as I'd hoped. I started by selecting Peach Apricot under the White and Green tea section as my refreshment. They advised me to brew it a little less than the green... More

Go steep yourself. You will not be sorry! This little gem looks like a normal shop on the outside, but when you step inside you feel the loveliness of it all! The air smells good. The staff is kind. The foot steep - oh baby the foot steep! I took an out of town visitor with me and we both... More

I had to wait longer than I'd anticipated for my car to be serviced at a dealership on Lee Highway in the Cherrydale area. I decided to try and make this a more positive experience so wandered out to enjoy today's weather and saw the House of Steep -- a Tea House and Foot Sanctuary. I was just looking to... More

My review is limited because I only went for an hour on a Wednesday night. There was no-one else present (we closed the place). My friends and I were planning some volunteer work, and really should not have used the place for this "meeting" - but then my friends are a bit loud so I tried to be quiet. They... More

Found the concept of a foot soaking venue to be really interesting, so I had to try it. The staff was very warm, welcoming and attentive. I was greeted when I came in and offered a menu - of food and for foot soaking. I decided not to decide!! My friend and I ordered lunch and were very happy with... More

I had high hopes for House of Steep based on positive reviews on Yelp (and because Cherrydale could really use a good Asian tea place), but I was very disappointed by the quality of the food and the general disorganization of the staff. The rice bows are essentially rice with some defrosted frozen vegetables and a dollop of sauce. If... More

Thank you for taking the time to offer us feedback.  We are just shy of being a six month old start up and learning/growing are part of our process, whether we get it right the first time or not.  We sincerely appreciate the growth opportunity you've presented us.  While we do have a very limited kitchen in our Tea House...
