Nice easy ride into DC without dealing with any car traffic! Parked at Gravelly and rode the trail into the Cherry Blossom Festival. Not to crowded, easy ride for most folks

A nice bike trail from Mount Vernon up to (and past) National Airport. It can get very crowded on weekends with bikers going very fast. Offers views of the Potomac River.

The trail is very well maintained, but also heavily used... the paved areas are large, wide open and have great views...just be aware of the cyclist and to stay in your lanes!
